Thursday April 24th from 1.30 till 3.30 INLW held its statuary General Meeting with INLW members in the Manhatten Hotel.
On the evening of Thursday May 24th INLW organized “MEET and GREET Drinks” in Café Restaurant Floor.
After the Congress Boat trip through the Rotterdam harbor a good representation of the Congress delegates from different countries were adventurous enough to come to Café Floor to meet up with members of the VVD womens network (LVN). An enthusiastic liberal crowd mixed together, some decided to have some dinner there and then, whilst others chatted together in English, French and even a few words of Arabic were exchanged.
This INLW initiative was certainly a success where Dutch Liberals met participants of the Liberal International Congress from Russia, Moldova, Marokko, France, Germany, England, Ireland,Taiwan etc in a casual way! The Dutch liberals got a glimpse of what Liberal International and INLW is all about. The last time LI organized a congress in the Netherlands was in 1996 in Noordwijk. So it was about time to have VVD members have a taste of International Liberalism.
